Formed million of years ago, Indian sandstone is a sedimentary stone, which consists of small grains held together by a silicon ‘natural cement’. It’s this ‘cement’ that gives the sandstone wide ranging variations in colour and texture. Silicon is a very tough substance, which is why sandstone is so hard wearing.
Pavevolution’s, sawn six sided and honed paving, undergoes a process of sand blasting, which is then polished. A lightly roughened texture to one or more of the surfaces sides. The sawn edges make it easier to lay. It’s heard wearing qualities are perfect for outdoor and even indoor use.
